Manual formatting

Some of the tools on our list allow for manual paragraph and character formatting (for example, RoboHelp HTML and Dreamweaver), while others require that users define explicit styles (for example, AuthorIT and Doc-To-Help 6.0). The following paragraphs have been restyled as specified, using manual formatting where allowed.
